Practical notes

When a mobile connection misbehaves

Work from the symptom to the evidence.

Name the symptom

No service, failed calls, delayed texts and slow data are different problems. Record the time and location, whether one or both SIMs are affected, and the device’s displayed message.

Start with reversible checks

Check service status, restart, turn flight mode on then off, and confirm the selected SIM. Test outdoors if safe. Check allowance and account restrictions through the official account.

Avoid making recovery harder

Do not factory-reset a phone or delete an eSIM as an early experiment. Back up data before disruptive changes and follow device-specific instructions. Network settings resets can remove stored Wi-Fi information.

Escalate with a short log

Tell official support what you tested and what changed. Persistent faults may need a SIM replacement, device check or network investigation. For an immediate emergency, seek emergency assistance rather than relying on this guidance website.

Before you act

Confirm current details directly with the official provider. Our information is independent, general and free of a guidance fee. We do not sell or arrange services.
